Charges and delivery information
Checkout controls whether an order qualifies for free shipping. A complete and correct address, email address, and telephone number are required so that processing and carrier communication are not disrupted.
Tracking and delivery problems
Tracking updates are provided when available. For a delay, apparent loss, delivered-but-not-received scan, or damaged parcel, contact support promptly with the order number, tracking number, delivery address, and photographs of damage and packaging when relevant.
Order coverage and restrictions
Shipping options apply only to destinations and orders accepted at checkout. Product, carrier, geographic, legal, or service limitations may restrict delivery, and support can confirm an order only after receiving its order number and checkout email.
Processing and transit
We normally prepare an accepted order in about 1–2 business days. Estimated transportation after dispatch is about 2–4 business days, but this estimate is not a guarantee and can change because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, or destination conditions.
